Spam as email problem
Spam is one of several annoying email problems. The spam itself is sending an unknown email in our email inbox. There are several ways to prevent the spam or detect the spam in our email inbox. We can use the pattern technique or pattern recognition. The pattern recognition is the method to recognize the spam using the repetition or any other rules that we entered before. As an example, the email that enters our inbox scanned if the email has some repetition words that we entered in our spam recognition rules. Although this method is very effective to prevent spam for entering our inbox, there still a weakness if we use this kind of method. The weakness of this method is we have to update our rules often. It’s because the spam patterns that used by the spammer is not a fixed rule; the spam pattern must be changed.
The other method that usually uses to prevent spam for entering our email inbox is using digital finger print method. The digital finger print method detects the spam using the digital email fingerprint that uses when the spam sent to another email boxes. The logic condition is the email won’t be sent to a lot of people email boxes at once. Because of that condition, we can check the digital fingerprint of the email. If we found the digital fingerprint the unknown email has been sent to a lot of people, we can decide that the email is spam.
Entrusting our email spam to another people or company that does email spam filtering is another good method to prevent the spam entering our email. The technique that used by the company that we trust is the spam blacklist method. The blacklist method is the technique to block spam using the database of email sender on the server data.
